Every verified tutor gets a 10 GB cloud storage quota for materials, worksheets, past papers, and other working files. Session recordings, whiteboard images, and saved whiteboard data do not count toward this quota.

Yes. You create classes on BreviLearn — set the subject, level, rate, and schedule — and parents and students browse and search for classes that fit what they’re looking for. When a class matches, they book it directly. The clearer your class listing, the easier it is for the right families to find you. Founding Tutors also get priority placement, so your classes show ahead of tutors who join later.

BreviLearn earns a commission on completed sessions — deducted from what parents pay before your earnings are calculated. If you have no students, there is no charge. You only share when you earn. Listing your classes, storing materials, and using the platform tools costs you nothing.

Because the commission isn't for the video call — it's for everything around it: upfront payment collection with automatic monthly payouts, a built-in classroom with auto-recordings, materials distribution, and admin handled for you. It also keeps you discoverable to new parents on the marketplace. See the honest math — and as a founding tutor, you lock in the lowest commission rate we'll ever offer.

Never. BreviLearn handles all the billing — parents pay us directly when they book, by credit/debit card or DuitNow. We hold the payment, confirm the session took place, then release your earnings to your bank account at the start of the following month. That confirmation step is also what protects you if a parent later questions whether a class happened.

We aim to review all verification submissions within 3–5 business days. You'll receive a notification once approved. During this time you can set up your profile and draft your class listings.

Yes — you can list as many classes as you teach. Each class has its own listing page with its own subject, syllabus, level, schedule, and rate. Parents can browse and book any of your classes independently.

No — it’s entirely up to you. For each class, you decide whether to offer a trial at all, and whether it’s free or for a fee you set. Tutors who offer a free trial tend to receive more initial bookings, but it’s not required. You set the trial option per listing, and you won’t be penalised for not offering one.

Cancellation policies are set by BreviLearn and vary by class type — so the terms for a one-off session differ from a recurring class. The same policy applies equally to parents/students and tutors; neither side is favoured. The exact cancellation terms for a class are shown before booking or listing, so everyone knows where they stand.

BreviLearn is an online-first platform. At this stage we do not support in-person or home visit sessions — all classes are conducted through our built-in virtual classroom. That said, in-person options are something we may explore in a later phase.
